We treat all types of injuries. Whether you have an Acute or Chronic condition, we will always do a proper evaluation to make a proper diagnosis. Our main priority is to get you better while providing you with quality care. If you have a condition that warrants additional imaging or consultation with a specialist, we will do our best to refer you out to the appropriate doctor to best manage your case.

What types of health insurance do you accept?
I am considered an "Out of Network" provider as I am not contracted with any insurance company and have not done so in order to achieve one-on-one quality, personalized care. I can provide you with an itemized bill that you can submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement honoring your benefits. Please note that it is YOUR responsibility to submit your claims to your insurance company. I currently accept cash, checks, and Venmo payments.

Cancellation Policy
We require a 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment for our services. A 50% charge will be added to the bill of the individual receiving service if cancellations are made within 24 hours. If you "no-show" or cancel without notice you will be charged FULL RATE for the missed service. In the event of an actual emergency & prior notice could not be given, consideration will be given with a one time exception. Situations may vary, so please consult with PNW prior to treatment if there is an issue regarding payment(s) due.
Are there any travel fees?
$0 within 10 miles of operating base, anything over 10 miles will incur a fee starting at $2 per mile from operating base to the client.

About the Doctor_
Dr. Monique "Nikki" Wendt created PNW Wellness - Mobile Chiropractic after working in several chiropractic clinics in both Southern California and Portland area with the purpose of bringing quality care to those on the go. She is a firm believer in patient-centered chiropractic care that goes above and beyond the typical office experience. By coming to you, she can offer more one-on-one face time which results in better assessments & treatment with more time to discuss preventative strategies. Her goal is to help you feel better now, and ultimately keep you feeling better longer. Whether you’re looking to address a specific injury or just need a "tune-up" mobile care is the way to go.
A little more about the doctor: She graduated from St. Mary's College of California with a B.S. in Kinesiology and then pursued her M.S in Exercise Science and Nutrition at Long Island University, Brooklyn. She then attended Los Angeles Chiropractic College where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic.
Some of the therapy techniques utilized during treatment sessions include: Diversified Manual Adjustments, Activator, Pelvic Blocking, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue), Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Exercise Rehabilitation, Kinesiotaping etc.
