**If coverage lands during the week of a Major Holiday  an additional  hourly charge will incur.**

PAYMENT is due at the time of service. IF coverage is needed for 2 or more days in a work week, a 25% deposit of the total is due at the time of booking. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
-15% Admin fee is charged on all cancellations and deposit refund.
-25% of deposit forfeited if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the first day of work agreed to.
-50% of deposit forfeited if cancelled less than 21 days prior to the first day of work agreed to.
-75% of deposit forfeited if cancelled less than 14 days prior to the first day of work agreed to.
-100% of deposit forfeited if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the first day of work agreed to.
*This is an example if coverage is schedule 30 days prior to services rendered and can be altered accordingly.

TRAVEL FEE
- $0 within 10 miles of operating base, anything over 10 miles will incur a fee starting at $2 per mile from operating base to the client. *Operating base located in Gresham, OR 97080.
                             *This fee can be waived at my discretion.
